I did watch the Anime when it's still on on-going category and also read the manga till now (Waiting for the the next chapter of R+V II).
As for me, I say that the manga is waaaaaaaaay much better than the series. There's too many parts on the manga that is not shown in the anime (Though the drawing on the anime is better of course xD). But if they're planning on making a Capu 3, that I think there's a high chance if you ever read the manga, they should at least make it into 24 episodes. :))
