Hiking across the mountains of Buit Ras, I ran into a young cattle herder, Carpenter, and farmer. He knows enough about agricultural economics to warrant a degree from the best of Western institutions....all in the most intuitive of ways. On top of this, he can do one hell of a Qererto.

I was impressed by the expression in his second 'Kererto' that it is better to till once soil as you will be consumed by hunger if you don't do anything. Such a thing coming from young farmer shows the transformation this country is undergoing. We all should learn from this 'Kererto' as we should not be bystanders in the development of our own country. Be part now otherwise you will never forgive yourself later!!!

I feel that you are a bit disrespectful of him. I said this, because, from the way you talked to him,- it is like you are trying to make him to say something that make him look like a clown and in process or perhaps inadvertently you are trying to reinforce the concept of ' fara'. A label that some urban dweller calling our own people from the rural land, which is ignorance. These are poor peasants WE SHOULD RESPECT THEM. I am a bit disappointed.
