This is a blog for a diet i am about to start i will update it every day and see if there is any change in my weight, mood, skin or anything else. My weight at the start of this experiment is 18 stone 6 pounds! FAT WAP!

  • I've started this diet today! I'm making a video log of it also. I have to get out of the habit of eating like it's still Christmas. I have done WW points for a long time and got off track. I'm using this to get myself back. I only have a stone to lose. My husband and I watched your whole series!

  • Good luck! Im going to be starting it again soon to kick my cravings. Im not doing so well with the weightwatchers points thing so ill look out for your videos.

    uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... he starts by saying that he wants to do the diet so that he can kick start a better eating habit.... And not just fat people go on diets... People who want to be healthy go on diets.

  • My best mate has been using DietOramy healthy eating plan (encountered through Google) for several months now and she already lost most of her physique fat now - I'm attempting to talk her into fitness, but she is just loyal to her DietOramy...

  • cabbage soup deit is the best.. i was 71kg , i went on this diet and now im 65 kg and i ate how i did befor and i never gained the weight back.

  • cabbage soup is the best yo!! I would eat it as a snack I love it with hot sauce and a little bit of soy sauce its the best!!!!!!

  • what the bonks !! your not fat you know !! 4 reals though..i tried eating fish only and 1 bowl of rice for 2 weeks and lost alot .. it works, so you can replace meat with seafood ..

  • Haha thanks Caylen! It did look like vomit and didnt taste much better to be honest but i managed to stick to it!

  • I started the diet 5 days ago. After 4 days I only lose 1,5 kg and today - the 5th day, lose another 0,5 kg. And I think I stop it now cause I'm so dissapointed with the result :(( :(( :(( I expected to lose 3 kg or sth :( I'm not fed up with the cabbage soup (still don't understand why several pp think it's disgusting :P), I just stop cause I'm not satisfied with the result so far :P (I'm now 107 lbs I think)
