This one is by far the fastest elevator in Atlanta! This elevator may have an unclaimed record for fastest in America. There is a similar elevator in Tokyo, at Sunshine 60, which travels about the same distance in the same time, while the elevator officially goes 10 m/s (2000 FPM) - fastest in the world from 1978 to 1992 (when the Landmark Tower's elevators surpassed the ones at Sunshine 60).

  • @musicfreakcc is there roof access to it? i wondering because i'm a photographer and would rather be on top than stand behind the windows glare

  • not as nice as Gulf tower elevator downtown pittsburgh with fast Acceleration, and brass Cab interior, Union Trust with the rare Haughton fixtures, and indicator, that says where the elevators will stop at, when the elevator didnt have light up buttons.

thats what a nice elevator is.

  • those look like vanity fixtures.

  • express zone

  • Are those considered Series 1 fixtures or are they Luxury Series?
