@ConceptSmokeScreen While that as yet may be true, the fact is that you work for the company which means that I have to take your comments with at least a tablespoon of salt.

@xxSilentSxx No problem.

If you knew a smoke screen was installed, you could easily memorize the floor plan and still have a successful robbery.

@xxSilentSxx Good luck with that :)
I have been personally involved with this product for 11 years and have demonstrated it literally thousands of times. Even in the offices in which I work and have intimate knowledge of the lay out, at best, it increases the time taken to move around by factors of tenfold.
These burglars do not want to stay on the premises for any length of time. They want to be in and out. Smoke Screen makes their lives incredibly difficult.
Thanks for your interest though

what happens when thieves start expecting the system to activate and are no longer frightened by it? I imagine they could still manage to grab something.

@xxSilentSxx Well, after 40 years and 50,000 + installations and many times more activations, they are still getting defeated by it.
Bear in mind even if something is grabbed, it's considered a success as the loss is limited - instead of losing tens of thousands of pounds worth of stock, it is either nothing a tall or a very small amount.
