Rather than using a LINE chart for the years of service data series, I would tend to use a X/Y scatter type, because the years of service data points aren't really RELATED to each employee's sales volume performance.
Use of a line chart would be more appropriate for common data points that would create a trend-line, but the X/YScatter isolates each person.

@da001be Great humorous comment - my productivity in 2007 has PLUMMETED, thanks to the "intuitive" nature of the (horrible) ribbon interface...
