For best results, do this workout 3 times a week, first thing when you wake up :) Want a challenge, do each segment twice! (except for the warm up)

You can do them however you want but I would recommend doing the warm up, arms, legs, and then abs. There are annotations at the end of each video to the next one but I'll create a playlist as well!

Well, I don't have a new years resolution but a summer goal. I want to be able to lose the fat on my stomach and legs and these videos are beyond helpful. Your channel really is fab ;D Amazing job!

Why am I having big trouble doing abs workout all the time. I did all the first three workout of yours but when it comes to this fourth step I just can't go any further, Is it because I am doing it on the floor instead of an exercise mat. Will that help the problem?! My main problem is belly fat and I can't even do abs workout to burn the fat in that area :(
