  • ok, those are hammer curls with poor form. Hammer curls work the forearm. Might as well do 20-25lb curls with proper form. FORM IS EVERYTHING.

  • @billngayle the fact that you can even do these types of workouts with that much weight at your age is impressive. but the workout is all when your dropping the weight. you should be dropping the weight as slow as you can. if you cant slow your motion as your going down then you should switch to lighter weights.

  • It's obvious that neither you (or your trainer) have any idea what you're doing. It simply doesn't make sense to go to a gym and perform exercises using incorrect form. And your outfit is revolting.
