I have borderline personality disorder and LOVE that you have described life with BPD with music. Music has actually been a great coping tool for me in dealing with my BPD....and I only wish I had half the singing talent as you to express my feelings about dealing with it. Thank you for sharing your gift in such a profound way.

Thnx Kayla was diagnosed with BPD few months ago, tho suffered as far back as can remember ( am 30 now). We will all get through this, keep the faith XOXOX

I'd been diagnosed with BPD in 1990 but I didn't opt for medication.
Currently I just have depression and anxiety symptoms. I am working on developing self-regulation skills to reduce anger in interpersonal communication, and succeeding at that.
