Considering the fact that this conversation took place four months ago, this probably isn't of much help, but in Raidou's profile for the first Dead or Alive, it is stated that he has an uncanny ability to copy the styles of others. I think it had something to do with his fighting style, which wasn't Mucen Tenshin Tenjin-Mon or Hajin-Mon.

That's why, as a boss, his fighting style consisted of the moves of a lot of the other characters.

Maybe in the U.S. not in Europe besides no 1 cares for ppl underage guys date young girls all the time they should make Kasumi 18 already girls shouldn't even be considered underage at 17 anymore.
