actually the highpoint is the reservoir that sits on top the mountain. used to live 5 miles away and went fishing there at the lower reservoir all the time. and there is a great view from the upper reservoir,

Hey, just wanted to let you know that I have a horse called Taum Sauk Mountain and I always wondered where that name came from. Now I know. Thanks!
(I'm in Maryland, his sire was Canadian, he was born in Illinois and I'm told he used to race in West VA, Ohio and North Carolina -- no MO in there -- go figure).

No. This is the highest point in elevation in the state of Missouri. As for where to vacation - not a clue! Just about anyone would have more information on that than I do.

Have you been there? I can send additional evidence - I have photos of the marker indicating it is the highest point in Missouri.

True, but that is the highpoint of Missouri. That's exactly what it looks like. If you look close in the video you'll see the registration box at the bottom of the screen. Not every highpoint in the U.S. has a great view - take a look at Indiana's, for example. If you're rating my video based on the view, that isn't very worthwhile. You should rate it on what it is trying to accomplish, which is to show what the highpoint of Missouri looks like.
