Yeah, I doubt it's a magic word. Try excitedly shouting "sleep" and see how that works.

My puggle starts falling asleep if I [try to] play electric blues guitar. He looks up alerted when I change keys but then starts falling asleep half a second later again. They're very aware of when you're just relaxing or when something's up they may need to help with.
