Like the title says, this video shows you how to open a beer bottle with a single 8.5 x 11 piece of paper. It helps if you know how to do the "lighter trick"

After watching again his approach is simply just flawed, he folds the paper to ultimately end up with a thick rectangle of paper. As I said in my prior post, folding that rectangle in half, making a V with you will is the way to go. That center part of the V is very strong, stronger than the edge he gets here by just folding paper.

I dunno why everyone's talking about a quarter, I didn't look close enough. If this guy is wrapping a quarter in the paper he sucks then. It's actually not hard to pop a beer cap by folding paper like that, you just have to not suck at the execution. IMO used mail envelopes work best. Fold over again into an inch wide strip, fold that strip in half. The place where you fold the paper makes a nice strong edge with a bit of a hook to it.

Yeah well spotted. If you pause it at the right point ( 1:31 ) you can see about 1mm of the coin sticking out.
