Are you referring to something in this video or something else?
If you're talking about the "dragons" in the video, they are called violet gobies. They usually don't eat other fish. They eat algae and dead stuff. Frozen foods like bloodworms work well. Also as I've mentioned they need large brackish tanks with sand for substrate and a lot of cover.
