  • Full moon riding is a blast. I cant wait to tour Wyoming! Our plans are to make another East West transcontinental cycling trip next July to grab the northern states. We are trying to tour every state in the US.

A lot of people ask me if we carry a pocket heater I dont but it sounds like you were glad you had one. Sounds scary.

A Florida to Seattle run is a great trip! How many miles?

I have to look and see if I can figure where hells half acre is.Stay on the bike dude!

  • Meeting good people is certainly one of the great things of a long bike trip. Occasionally you meet bad people also, ran across 2 sets of bad people on my trip. One set certainly bad, other set just criminals with guns. But I had a gun too, so it was nearly even, we lacked being criminal however. Don't hit those rocks with your head....Burt's best movie......used a lot of local people to fill the cast. The retarded kid works in a resturant in Cleveland, GA.

  • 10,000 miles would be at least 3 months. Be careful, that's a long long time on a bike. But as far as what kind of bike, I don't know anything about modern bikes but for the trip I wanted a sturdy mountain bike (NO SHOCKS), With road tires, wrap around bars, smooth but large tires. Front and back racks.

  • Hey congrats bro

I also want to do same kind of rides of around 10000 miles. Looking for a good cross country cycle for it. Please help me out

  • Reminds me of riding in Wyoming, 100+ miles no water. Casper, Wyoming to Thermopolis. We left Casper at 7pm and rode during June 1995 Full Moon! Antelope jumped in front of me and I chased it 1/2 mile in the middle of the night. Spent the night at hells half acre. That was my Florida to Seattle Trip in 1995. One friend and my Glock.

  • great Vidioes, im heading out in a few weeks to go from the East coast to the west.
