I would prefer a book model, they are much faster and don't wear your computer's power supply.
But these are just so simple to use, I love them.

That video is from 2007. Almost two and a half years ago. Back then 120 GB was a lot for a 2.5'' drive.

Video is 2007, now they have these at around 500GB.

You can store the game files but most games require the CD, if you have them working without CD then it should be OK, unless the games need to read data really fast, then performance will be bad.

120 GB is alot??? where did u even find such a small capacity??

It might be because the USB socket that you're plugging it in to might not be hi-speed. Make sure you plug it in to a USB 2.0 socket.

But can i use it as a hard drive to boot windows?

I don't think so. It came w/ some utilities, but it was all backup stuff -- no "make boot disk" type of thing...
