One question though, where did you took your inspiration for that music?

I know that you are not French; yet the air is somewhat reminiscent of "Du rhum, des femmes, de la bière" (litt. "Rhum, women and beer"), which is a somewhat traditional song of French pubs. You may hear a version by Soldat Louis, a rock-folk group that was popular in France in the 1990s :
