i did this like 3 years ago and the phantom wouldnt go if both players werent in it, and when i finally did it the phantom disappeared

There's now also a single-player method of riding this Phantom out. Found it a few days ago and had fun doing some of that flipping you show around 3:06. Details are in the article 'Using the jail Phantom' at my website. By the way, to get onto the jail roof I prefer to bounce off the red metal sheeting (0:49), though it occasionally gets collapsed by an incoming Brute shot blast. It's a nice bounce.
