@Pawistik The guy on the left with the longer hair moved his paddle a little too far back, the guy behind him moved away from the paddle, and found himself falling into the water.

I keep re-watching it and other than poor paddling technique in general (sorry mr. sternsman), I don't really see what caused the unceremonious tip. It almost seems like the guy in the back suddenly leapt from the canoe as soon as there was a small wobble.
