@makexxx hey, that's factory detuned economy 1.6 M10 which came with a single barrel carb and only 75hp!!
So these carbs should make a huge difference. The "normal" version 316 with two-barrel Solex is 90hp, I would say that Keihins give atleast 7-8hp more - a jump from 75 to 100hp does not sound bad for what it costs ;)

There is no m10b15, the 315's engine is still 1.6 just factory detuned ;)

what size of Jets do you have in the carbs? #180? (1.8mm)?

I puted it on the intake of the fourth cylinder.It does it work that way..

No.You have to drill the jets to 1.8 mm
