@sor8an Dear stranger, i'm 22 too. And i'm also passing through stuff like that, and it has been very unstabilizing, painful and confusing. But there is a way out. In fact, the very pain, instability, confusion are powerful pointers towards the way out.
That said, i really like the theoretical framework of Ram Dass, I'm not sure about his practical advices though. I really recommend you to go after some old raw teachings, like those of the Buddha or from Ramana Maharshi.

It's been 3 months since i woke up and I'm 22. I was faciated by the truth for a few days and didn't know how to react to it. After that school, sex, partying, problems, and interactions with people in general became dull. I don't know what's the next step. In another video he suggested that we are here enrolled into a human body. And that we should do our homework. being human.
