I remember the first time I seen LOTR. I was obsessed over Legolas XD. I didn't really understand the trilogy since I was like only 7 at the time. Well, now I still watch the movies and I'm 15. It's amazing. And yes, I'm still obsessed over Legolas, however, Aragorn is awesome too :)

Many people say Legolas and Aragorn would die for each other. Well, Legolas were always ready to follow and help Aragorn and in the movie he would die for him. But where in the movie or book does Aragorn shows any sign he would die for Legolas and that Legolas was his best friend? Nowhere.
Legolas' best friend was Gimli. It's more unique and deeper friendship than between Aragorn and Legolas. Legolas/Aragorn biggest friendship in Middle Earth is nothing but a myth.

Really brilliant video. I think of any friendship in the fiction world, the one between Aragorn and Legolas was one of the most moving. I wish they were my friends.

@Masiakasaurus I can only second you...I also wish they were my friends. Real life is soooo boring and overrated *grin*. No, honestly: such a great friendship, really. I totally love reading Aragorn/Legolas fanfiction to forget about real life sometimes...*sigh* Glad you like the clip. Sirnonenath made it and she did a bloody good job here.

I just watched this with my 5 year old who has been watching the trilogy with eyes half closed. Legolas is her favorite and I wish you could have seen her smile through out this video. Well done. Thanks.

@dawn4bosox I am absolutely delighted your daughter liked this vid. And she's got taste, the little lady! Legolas IS very special! I do hope your daughter grows up to read and enjoy the books and, of course, the upcoming movies. I am always happy when kids her age are presented with precious stuff online/in the media and not only japanese anime and manga (not that I have anything against those, on the contrary, but I hate that parents leave their kids alone with those, mind you).
