The Hastings College Choir's musical signature since 1882. Traditional interpretation by Dr. Hayes M. Fuhr; arrangement updated by the choir's current conductor, Dr. Fritz Mountford. Prof. Ruth Moore, piano. Vocal soloists, Tom Lesiak & Adreanne Brungardt.
Hastings College, founded in 1882, is a private, four-year liberal arts institution affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA). The college is located in Hastings, Nebraska.
Marvelous rendition! Love the performance and the the beauty of YouTube is that I can replay it many times as I have done. And since those charming students and director can't hear me, I sing along with them reliving my past church choir and student days-a very emotional and moving experience. Thank you, Dr. Mountford.

I love that the gal in front of the female soloist has an eyebrow ring:D
The music is my favorite part of the video, I just thought I'd point out the somewhat less obvious;)
Anyway, GREAT job, guys! Beautiful and worshipful - always a winning combination!

Though I am a lapsed Baptist (a Laptist?), this is my favorite hymn of all. The Hastings College singers render it gorgeously. I'm on my third listening so far.

What control ! Not the harmonies that I'm used to but I enjoyed the performance very much. Fantastic basses - and that's coming from a tenor.
