man ,it seems really thats disturbing for you, try calling local counsel and find out about the laws, they can get fined up to 1000 pounds or more,
if thats all too distressing just move out, for me thats the best solution

I put up with a extremely noisy neighbor for 1 year and a half (got hardly any sleep, and my health suffered) and the housing office did nothing about it. Eventually I had to threaten my neighbor when talking to him did not work. And that solved the problem. Recently, I just moved to a new lovely apartment where it's peaceful and quite - FOR NOW!

I 100% agree with you. It's really depressing to think of how widespread this problem is. I have noisy upstairs neighbours and it is hell. Is it so wrong just to want to enjoy living in your house?

Yes thats true, at one point i joined in and tried to yell louder.. But it didn't work.. She ended up going to jail a week ago..
