Mine does this too! Frantic running through the house, followed by a roll into this kind of break dancing (we always called it the "collar dance"--as in "Whee! I have no collar on!"). It's good to know that all doxies are this delightfully weird.

Ah yes. This is the typical wiener "post-bath-frenzy". Ours used to tear through the house barking, growling, rolling, and dragging. That was, when they were younger.
