Are you guys even looking at the lyrics? It's not about a breakup, it's about a death, so please try to quit comparing relationships to it. A death of a loved one hurts a lot more than a 5 month relationship that was never gonna last anyways.

@hadiez12345 You're totally right it's about that, but that doesn't change the fact this song can evoke certain feelings that people associate with relationships and break-ups. Lyrics of songs are always open to your own interpretation and no songwriter ever intends to write a song so that people will always experience exactly the same as he/she did. Thereby, the comments on this video would get even more depressive if everyone started to talk about someone they've lost lately.

@Sorb0 its funny you say that because when i first heard it -for some odd reason- i interpreted it as a father walking out on them.Now obviously i know what is actually going on in the song,but it can certainly evoke diffferent feelings
