Caffeine is dehydrating to the body and contraindicated for especially for those suffering from adrenal fatigue and those living very stressful lifestyles.
However, if like me, you live by the 80/20 rule, and enjoy coffee, then here is a few tips to enjoy your vice.....
Also - coffee isnt all bad. Check out this article written by Ray Peat:

  • Wellness you're back : )

Brilliant video, also I think this is the best way to prepare coffee. It's a funny coincidence because I've been thinking a lot about coffee and changing the way I consume coffee/caffeine (and seriously cutting down to one cup a day only). I think the burr machine & cafetiere is the best most economical way - nice one !

  • @kikko4E Thank you for your support my friend :)

  • what about nescafe

  • Great video and expert info!

  • I will say this. You know how to drink coffee and the fact that you put raw milk in it shows you know whats up. Good work.

  • im have never been a coffee guy, thank God for that. I do tell my clients to stop drinking it while working on any type of detox diet that i recommend. I do let them drink it 2-3x per week, but don't recommend more than that.

  • Can you do a video on tea?

  • @sdpgposd Yeah probably is illegal in Scotland. Sucks huh. And as far as im aware, no it cant be shipped from UK.

  • @WellnessMafia Well, it's illegal in Scotland to my knowledge. The only way you can get up there that i'm aware of is to have it shipped from farms in England as they're allowed to sell it & ship it to you.

  • @WellnessMafia

    Cool, and thanks.
