JYP said: the groups that did well prior to you guys had a lot of R&B feel to their voice, as if they brought it from harlem. but you confronted Harlem as if you represented Seoul (girls laugh). You are able to convey the "Korean-ness", and "Korean soul" thereby differentiating yourselves. If you choose your songs well, you might as well excel those R&B guys.
Girl says "Aigoo" (very Korean) and JYP picks up on it. (he's proud to have girls more Korean than American maybe?)
