in addition you can thank the BUSH ADMINISTRATION for signing into law that if the nation is in a national state of emergency then the president can call marshall law and remain president until such time the national state of emergency is over. THANKS TO BUSH NOT OBAMA.

Now if they were to ask for tanks, thats when the flag has been waved and the race has begun as no security force needs tanks for homeland security.
