Wish you had more videos up of this car :(

Ah... I see your clock light is also out... Mine was the same way, very annoying as they had to remove the dash to replace that bulb...

Have you added anything? I'm thinking about purchasing one...Are those factory bose? How's the bass in it? Pretty fun and fast to drive? How's the heated steering wheel and seats work on your providing they work?

Does your I35 have the HID headlamps?

Car is nice, but you have bad taste in music.

i love the 5th gens and the i3Xs. The have their little issues but absolutely great and i love my 5.5. I actually called the guy i bought mine from when i first got it asking if the steering radio controls ever lit up :) ohwell pretty simple layout and easy to learn where they are.

Damn this dude jammin SPM, thats the first time I've seen that on youtube lol
what about the spare parts for this car, are they expensive or not ? because I wanna buy one

If you own an Infiniti you don't really neet to think abour spare parts... They all have excellent reliability scores!
The parts may get expensive if you order them through a dealer! If you know how to find them on the Internet... they are not that expensive!

Complaints about otherwise great car. Bought my I35 two weeks ago:
1) Steering wheel control buttons (radio on L, R cruise control) don't light at night as this video shows. Why Infiniti omit such simple, vital features?
2) Doors don't auto lock when shift into D
3) "Instant on heat" not offered. IOH warms car inside before engine warms up. Done by running A/C in reverse; Cabin evaporator acts as condenser, blows hot air inside
Had 01 Olds Intrigue before I35; even Intrigue had above 3 items!

Mr EXLayed, there is many executive cars which miss some small touches as you mentioned. For example new Mercedes S class doesn't have HD radio or satellite I'm not sure.... that is a 120K $ car. So we can't expect them to make be perfect...
The Olds Intrugue is no match for Infiniti's performance, built quality and long term reliability.
My car is 7 y.o. There is no problems with the paint, interior looks like new, the leather is in excellent shape, all the buttons and options work just fine.

Agree I35 is a great car, but I would not be so harsh on Olds Intrigue. Having owned Intrigue for 6 years, I think was one of best cars GM produced (great 3.5L engine, handling, many convenience features), a real sleeper. Kind of like the I35 is with Infinity. Thats why I was able to get great deal ($9K) on my 2003 I35, about same Id pay for Maxima in similar condition.
Agree I35 shows exc quality build, and (hopefully) the long term reliability will prove to be true too.

Well it is a reliable car,but that doesn't mean that you have to be like my neighbor. He thinks that he never has to spend a penny for his honda. Which is as stupid as it gets.
You have to be aware, that there is no car which can run 200K miles without any maintenance on it. If your car has 100K miles or more on it, you have to spend at least 500-700$ per year to keep the car in good shape.
Oil changes, spark plugs, belts, filters, breaks, wax for the paint, cleaners for the interior and ets.
