wow you are so courageous and strong. I am sorry you went through this. A lot of people complain about simple things, but many don't know that their life could be worse. I pray that God blesses you with continous strength and positivity. I wish you the best !

@DyLaBug Scared is normal. But scared is better than dead. Please go to the doctor!

@cnith2 i suppose you are right.. my moms sister have breast cancer it was all cut off, she use to complain how much hair she lost before her cancer... and now i am having the same complain.. i am so scared for god sake..

@DyLaBug hard lumps are never a good thing... try wasting money at a doctor's honey or all that money you waste everywhere else will leave your husband a widow...and if you have kids, half orphan.

thank you for sharing. I'm a few weeks away from getting my double mastectomy and I'm pretty terrified. Keeping my spirits up when I'm with my family, friends and coworkers but I've got knots in my stomach and cry at night and in the car. I'm only 41 with no family history so I'm the first in my circle of friends. The unknown has been really scary. And the wait is just as bad.

oh my God, must be suffering, this woman. i m sorry
couple months ago i have found a hard lump inside my breast me and my husband can still feel it.. but i have not gone to doctor for check up because i cannot afford. i work so hard to waste money.. all i think its nothing to worry.. and that i shouldnt go.. i feel as, its nothing serious..i know its not.. but i want to know how was your experience when you first went to doctor... did your lump hurt to the touch? did you have discharge? was it hard or soft? what was your reaction?

@DyLaBug Depending on where you live, there are many, many organizations out there that help women get mammograms, breast exams, ultrasounds, and treatment for free or for reduced costs. Any health concern is worth seeing a doctor for, and the majority of women that die from breast cancer die because they wait too long for help. Breast cancer is very treatable and survivable if you do the right thing for yourself. Only you can save your life. Get the lump checked. Period.
