When I played baseball in high school the inside of my elbow used to kill me after every game and I wasn't even a pitcher. Maybe I needed Tommy John who knows
this is my surgeon who performed my ucl surgery. chris is the best ortho ive ever dealt with and i have 100% recovery less than a year after he did it. there is no "self test" but any good ortho can detect damage to the ulna ligament with a solid mri. you will have pain with any extension of your arm on the inside point of the elbow. any striking motion will increase that pain. i was in pain for 7 years until i could no longer engage in combat sports until i saw chris.
