The recorder was set not to record sound... my mistake. I don't want to delay this any further, so I decided to upload it as is. Split into two segments due to size limitations.

I'll give the first stage briefing a re-run in the next part, with voice.

Notes :

Rangoon is not the most friendly place. So prepare yourself for a rough start. Enemy attacks are frequent, and they'll be mostly directed to buildings. So get a Gadget Factory running and producing Dog Kennels, since you can't defend from such overwhelming force with only 5 workers and 1 fixer. The enemy will also send in Saboteurs, so Dog Kennel is your best answer of defensive act.
(My careless loss of Cement Works is how the enemy will attack you in this city...all the way to the end)

If you don't like the Doghouse method, just use the police. But that'll cost you some money in a monthly basis.

Creating Gangsters out of workers is not worth it in the long run, so I decided to just boost to Level 4 tenants and start producing Gangsters from them. I created an initial of 1 from workers, the rest 4 is bred. That should be enough.
The same goes for Fixers. I just breed them from Level 3 tenants, with help of Tenant Recycling.

Build a Pool Hall. This one is required for the objective. And make sure you have a Restaurant of your own, too. (To recap, it's the Soup Kitchen's final stage of upgrade)

Training Gangsters is pretty difficult here. I decided to have all 5 gang on targets at once and hope that one can be upgraded to a Handgun. After one get a Handgun, it should be easy. Just have him weaken enemy guys and have your knife-armed ones prey on them.

You'll need to sweep most, if not all, of enemy Gangsters out of the way so that the Hoods can kidnap Lenny safely. Just manage the gangsters that can use firearms well and retreat to Hospital often to keep them at full health.

Build a Brothel and leave it empty...you'll know why later. You might consider building a Hotel in advance, too. (My error of planning let me to consider building the Hotel as a filler.) Also, the Hotel doesn't need to be left empty.

The Prison and Cemetary I built is for Space-filling purpose. Since most estates is so big, building your businesses as big might hinder your cash flow. Besides, the subway can only cover so much ground. (Tenant might complain about it even when you have one on that estate)

If you can, try to get enemy Gangsters arrested and sent off to PRISON. (I said PRISON, and not Police Station) That'll keep him in check for 500 days, and he'll come out weakened afterwards, making excellent prey for your lesser gangsters.

Make sure Lenny is in his Restaurant before you attempt kidnapping, so that the Hoods don't stay under fire for longer than needed.

(This one's new thing I discovered) If Lenny has any other Restaurants beside his personal one, make sure you get rid of it (via any methods) or the mission to kidnap Lenny won't register.

For me, 10 workers is enough, so I cut the production after that number is reached. For other kind of personnel, I just breed them directly from the higher level businesses.

If you have less money, you may consider getting some cash flowing in before doing anything else.
