Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Quick Alchemy Leveling

Just a quick guide here (~10 minutes) to show how to quickly jack up your alchemy skills to expert without having to just play the game as regular -- exploiting the scroll dupe glitch. I appreciate any and all comments =DD

To answer a few common questions:
(A) When I say "select" a scroll, I mean to equip it as if you were going to use it. Not simply move the highlighting bar over the top of it, but actually set it into place as if you were going to actually cast it.

(B) You equip a scroll (#1) that you have more than one copy of, and drop another scroll (#2) that you only have one of. When you exit inventory, the #2 scroll will drop, but in the number of #1. If you equip "Minor Heal Other" and you had 12 of them, and you drop "Open Easy Lock" that you only had one of, you will actually drop twelve "Open Easy Lock" instead. You CAN drop an item that you have more than 1 of, but it won't work if you have more #2 than #1. Also, it's easier to pick the items up if you only drop single items, because some items ask you repeatedly if you want to pick up all 12. It's just quicker.

(C) The duping part at the beginning that involves theft, getting caught, paying a fine, etc ...is not necessary. The purpose in doing so was only to get more than one scroll since I was starting at the very beginning (to show it could be done at any time).

(D) There's a "Riches and Power in 15 minutes" video that better explains the duping process. I'm considering making a third video, as I figured out a quicker way get multiples of scrolls early on in the game without having to steal.

(E) Before you ask a question not related to the video, visit UESP (( http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Oblivion )) and search for an answer there first. That's where I get most of my reference. GameFAQS (( http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/xbox360/game/927345.html ))also has a number of good tutorial texts, if you prefer to read it. You say don't dupe anything more than 60.

I duped 512 Pumpkins inside one of my houses.

@Yoshimanmaster - I *recommended* not duping any more than 60 at one time, and I still do. It pushes the graphics harder than it was meant to, and lags out the processor.

@Phelan666 - Obviously, this is for game systems (x360, PS3) which don't have console menus.  Could you not tell because there's no mouse movement? Kids these days..

I did small mistake today....I duped 1054 pumpkins to my small house hovel thing in waterfront XD o boy the amount of pumpkins :)
