I am a volunteer firefighter there is nothin better then volunteerin your life to save another i have seen a lot of death before the age of 21 and it changed my life you dont know when your gonna answer your last call or if when you roll on a scene if its a loved one the hardest thing about bein a volunteer firefighter is the fact you see how short life can be. to all my fallen brothers and sister you are not forgotten forever in my heart esp Tyler Higbie miss you brother

Sorry, was really proud and relieved when I posted this, i meant to say he was coming home. Just leaving Iraq. Even as a DOD Firefighter he was in contact an exposed to all and everything, incomings, stray everything, and aiding the medics with the gauntlet, including suicides. I am a proud firefighter with a Red Ribbon. Both my sons have served in the AIr Force, and my son in law is now in the US Army. We pray everyday for armed and civil service personell.
