  • I switched from a 15'6 170 to a 15'6 175 after 15'. I weight about 155-160 lbs.

  • dude, Daniel. That's awesome man. This is my first year vaulting at glass. In my first meet last Wednesday I cleared 10' on a 5 step. I was on a 12'6" 140. Watching these videos gives me something to shoot for.

  • daniel - it looks like you only had a 9 step runup. if you get to 12 - 15 steps you might have enough speed to clear 5.2  - just an idea.
