People who work on the tube are the biggest overpaid fucktards ever. You strike every other week for cash you don't deserve whilst the doctors, nurses and teachers make do and only ever have the occasional strike when something THEY WORK FOR is at threat.

Why should he be polite?
This isn't a fucking restaurant, it's a metro. If people are acting like selfish gits then hold them to account. People should not feel an obligation to subdue a just response merely because the consumer is paying to ride a damn train.
Hate to say it but the French have it right when they say that the customer is NOT always right.
