  • Burn fat doing this? Really? Probably not.

  • This is good to tone the glutes, but people keep thinking just doing this alone is going to help you lose weight. It won't still have to do cardio on top...Cardio and eating right is what helps you burn the fats..muscle toning like this just tones and keeps the burning the fat going all day
