Is the Motorola GM360 also prgrammable for the 4 meterband (70,000-70,500 MHz.)?

This has more characters than just the 6 or 8 characters on other radios. Nice.
Would like to get one for GMRS Repeaters here in Virginia (USA)

The GM360, like all other Motorola GM/GP300 series radios, needs to be programmed by PC using Motorola CPS software. (Customer Programming Software)
However, a lot of functions can be activated by using the menu structure in the radio, as long as these functions have been activated in the programmed Codeplug.
