http://www.majorleagueinsidertraining.com Way too many young pitchers suffer from arm injuries each and every season. Nothing is worse than having to lose playing time when the injury that causes this is, in most cases, totally preventable. This episode of the Major League Insider Training Blog will show you how pitching arm injuries can often be caused by areas of the body totally away from the shoulder itself. Try the one instant tip in this video and learn how you can not only protect your arm from injury but throw harder and deeper into games than ever before. Former New York Mets Major League Physical Therapist and Strength Coach Jeff Cavaliere shows you how. http://www.majorleagueinsidertraining.com

  • @jayjunior28

    I concur.

  • Great information Jeff. I have the L2E program and have repeatedly watched over the past two years. I also use the tall shoulder position with my hitters. It makes it easier to clear the bat over the front should which also helps the batter from pulling his head. I am all around fascinated with the knowledge that you, Paul Reddick, and Eric Cressey are pumping out. Thanks.

  • What does putting a bat hehind my head have anything to do with throwing a baseball. How can your humerus bone "bang against the roof of your acromion" seeing as there is no way possible to raise your arm above horizontal.Watch a pitcher through delivery up to release...their arm is never above anymore than horizontal. the only way you can throw with a more vertical arm slot is to lean more to your glove side, but still your arm is in same position...your just tilting your body more

  • hey i have a question i just suffered my first throwing injury it is very sore and stiff where my shoulder connects to my arm

  • what can i do about my shoulder popping noise.... every time i pick up my arm my shoulder gives me a popping noise.... i stop pitching cause of that popping noise...didnt want it get worse... can u help me out with hat

  • your a good man, but your videos are a bit boring!
