This is a story about a home rehabbed back to life and a Chicago neighborhood soon to follow. Two investors met an idealist and a dreamer who wanted to purchase a lifeless, beaten down home in the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago, fix it up and bring new life to a depressed and seemingly hopeless street. With the help of a forward thinking, proactive, 9th ward alderman by the name of Anthony Beale, Roseland's story is just beginning to unfold. 11325 S. Edbrooke Ave. is where this chapter can be bought, with more to follow. Contact info at the end of video.
Wow! What an amazing job!
I lived at 11332 S. Edbrooke from about 1983 to 1987. When I lived in Roseland it was still a relatively safe place to live and play (though the schools sucked) but it was going downhill fast and we moved.
I remember this house! Great job rehabbing it. Has it sold? Way to go!
