The "I am voting for..." campaign and contest is inspired by the feature documentary Chicago 10, which chronicles the 1969 Chicago Conspiracy Trial. While only 8 men were put on trial they represented an entire movement of people who wanted to let the Presidential candidates know how they felt about the war in Vietnam, civil rights and other key issues. Participant Media and Declare Yourself are celebrating that spirit of activism with a campaign that encourages people to vote by talking about the issues they care about.

You can use iconic images and animation from the film, as well as your own photos and video to create messages that inspire others to get involved.
