Thanks for this, I've been meditating for about 3 weeks to a month now quite regularly, the first week or so I found it confusing, then after a while I got into it, A few days ago I did a body scan and I came out of it feeling amazing. Then just yesterday I tried to do the body scan again and went into it confident I was going to do it well again and this just created havoc for me. I lasted 10 minutes before I opened my eyes and found myself distracted again. Lesson Learnt.
