A College Humor remix of the SuperBowl XLII E-trade investor baby commercial overdubbed with a new identity correcting voice. The video is clearly a critical fair use of the ad however the first remix upload to YouTube by another user was removed due to a bogus copyright claim flied by E-trade Financial.

@rebelliouspixels - "E-Trade. You can't take it back." I notice that network television cut that line. I'm curious if the networks got permission from you to broadcast your work or if you think permission was even necessary?

@Terryisfriendly - There is no question this transformative work falls under the fair use doctrine of US copyright law (section 107) which deals with exceptions for commentary, criticism and parody.

This would definetly fall under the fair use in a paradoy exception to copyrighted works.
