Hey i've watched a handful of your videos today and they've been very helpful. I'm a 17 yr old male, trying to get a better physique and body complexion. I want to get rid of the belly fat, and have a toned, but muscular body. I WANT THE PELVIC V-CUT! To tell the truth, I really want to look exactly like you in this video.
