What language is this song sung in?

I could not find the lyrics anywhere online, but then I found that New Land Balkan Band recorded this song on their album 'Heirlooms.' According to the booklet with their CD, the lyrics are:
"I'm sick, mother, and will die young, leaving my poor children. I'm going to jail, mother. I will, mother, die young."
I'd still like to know if there is more to the lyrics than that or if that is the entirety of the song.

The song is not called Nesvalo. It is called Nasvalo after the original full title which is Nasvalo Sijum Daje, and the song comes from the Macedonian Romani musical tradition.
