  • @greenflames21 try a yoga "wheel" pose. look it up on google or YT. Should open up your chest!

  • I completely second a "Beginner's Abs Workout" or at least a video that shows how some of us (because I'm soooo weak) can buildup our core! As much as I want to dive into your intense Ab workouts, I also can't do them (but trying!) because I am just that weak.

  • I guess doing one round (and struggling at that) doesn't deserve the name "back-to-back"

  • @SarahLeeDatsME My guess is that you are confident in your abs and aren't using them as much to support yourself while doing exercises. Remember to engage your abs in all movements, and you'll be fine.
