@SarahLeeDatsME My guess is that you are confident in your abs and aren't using them as much to support yourself while doing exercises. Remember to engage your abs in all movements, and you'll be fine.

@greenflames21 try a yoga "wheel" pose. look it up on google or YT. Should open up your chest!

I completely second a "Beginner's Abs Workout" or at least a video that shows how some of us (because I'm soooo weak) can buildup our core! As much as I want to dive into your intense Ab workouts, I also can't do them (but trying!) because I am just that weak.

do you do an easier abs one? I've never done anything like this and I simply can't do it! I tried the one that started with the windmill and that was too hard too!! Could you make a beginners abs video?!
