PCI Express ( PCI x16 ) works backwardscompicable with a PCI x2
If you buy a motherboard and want to change te vidcard next year you can better buy a motherboard with PCI x2 beceause of the new vidCard.
Anyways, its a greaat card but the Sapphire 1gb one looks much better.
512mb Card works fine to ;)
Both can run all the new grapich card.
One tip buy a 500+ watt power supply to be sure your vidcard and power supply works fine togheter =)
