It´s techno, and some guys didn´t understand this work here! It´s NOT Synth - pop, it´s techno! Vince Clark & Martin Gore are the best Synth men after Jean Michael Jarre, Kraftwerk and Vangelis! You could say this is a kind of playback of the both, a track without the melodies and with fine tone chords - don´t you hear it! You amateurs, you dilettantes!

It's a strange one... I loved Yazoo, Erasure, early DM and i'm a bit of a Martin Gore sycophant... this stuff just doesn't make any sense to me - I don't believe a collaboration can produce so little considering the two world-class men involved. It's boring, frankly.

What you have is are 2 of the most influential modern musicians making a record for THEMSELVES! This is what they are into and they felt like making something in the same genre. I think we can let them indulge themselves after all they have given us........that and the fact they own pretty much every analogue synth ever made between them and are showcasing the talents of some long forgotten machines too.!!!!!

I would have thought when these two talented song writers came together it would have been something so great that word can´t explain. This is just something they have been playing around in a studio. Disappointed big time! Just to think the other is in ERASURE and the other in DEPECHE MODE. Is this the result??? Smtings wrong...

Martin is so much more talented than this. The genre of minimalism doesn't mean it has to be boring. Great freakin sounds, but any electronic artist could have laid down this track. Be honest...if nobody knew VCMG produced it, most of us would not listen to it more than once.
