98 4.3L Chevy Blazer 0-95mph Twice

On a Back Road showing yaw what my trucks got even though its not much.
Theres nothing special done to it under the hood all it has is the straight pipe cat back exhaust.

@mitchellskater123456 Yea its got a stupid top speed govenor device built in. All the chevy blazers that i know of have this so i maxed my truck out as fast as it could go twice.

@Snyder9391 all the the pickups do too but you can take them off with a chip my blazer now and my 02 pick up i had brfore it both have it i think my pickup was 97 though

I don't know why but my 1999 blazer can get up to about 125 I have no idea if there is a governor on it

Great video, I'm surprised you can only get 95 out of yours, my governor on my 2000 jimmy lets it up to 97, oh well either way they can be removed :D

@TheTechGuider They have a governor set for a reason, they're a lightweight suv high rollover risk, i have an 05 blazer just a few months ago i had a bunch of work done to it,

hypertech gas chip

bully dog display

airaid cold air intake

throttle body spacer

also a 2 inch spacer lift

all this done to the 4.3 engine, the chip knocked out the governor can burry the needle at 180 KM

at that speed it gets severe weigh transfers, not a fun ride,

love my blazer though

@Snyder9391 correction..fast as it is ALLOWED to go..i am willing to bet it would hit 110 pretty easy i own an 03 chevy blazer ls 4.3 v6

@Snyder9391 I fucking hate that too man I topped out at least 98mph and wanted to hit the 100 but stupid governor kicked in. But I still love it and wouldn't give it up for anything, these things are very powerful and tough! Like a Rock!
